THAT TIME #005 - traveler's joy

THAT TIME #005 - traveler's joy is the fifth zine in this ongoing series of the one page riso printed zines. This zine was made in collaboration with Lucila Kenny. Each zine incorporates natural inks made from walnuts, roses and elderberries. The plant image on the inside is the plant called 'traveler's joy' also known as 'bearded man'. Plants for the inks were collected in Berlin-Neukölln.

Initially inspired by the zine series titled 'HI" by Anne Dyhr from Samsø, Denmark, the series focuses on one small observation at a time. The format structure is centered around text and image with a short story - more like a flash fiction story - sometimes taking the form of a poem or directions - to then be supported by an image that is usually inside the A6 zine when completely unfolded to A4.
